The Weekend Watch: The Short Short Version

  Hello gang.

I'm trying my best to post this on time for the weekend, because I missed last week, but the truth is, I don't have my Internet fully set up just yet.  In fact I had to stop by my local library just to write this quick post.  It's so quick I didn't even have a chance to let my editor Mary fix any problems( Mary if you see any problems, please humiliate me in the comments)  The place I moved into is a fully furnished place that is pretty cool because it has free cable and internet(with an ethernet cord I don't have, but will) but whoever lived there before blocked anything higher than PG off the set that was included and I can't change the passcode.  May have to just pick up a cheap T.V. so I can watch some flicks.

But enough of my long babbling  let's get to the two or three flicks you folks will most likely see this weekend.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is tracking an older version of himself(Bruce Willis) in this new Sci-Fi thriller from Rian Johnson ("Brick")   Fuck Yes. This looks awesome.  I am way in to see this.

Hotel Transylvania:

Despite the fact that  Genndy Tartakovsky ("Powerpuff Girls") is directing and Robert Smigel is one of the co writers.  It still looks like another Happy Madison production.   I hope I am wrong and it is much better, but still not worth seeing in theatres right away.
