Manic Blog Loving Mondays: 12/17/2012

Hello everyone.

I hope you all had a good weekend even though it was kind of tough to have one when you hear about all the bad things that go in in the world.  My deepest condolences go out to the families in Newtown, Connecicut who were the victims in a massacre that happened at an Elementary School.  Words can not begin to describe the pain and torment these parents must feel and my heart goes out to all of them.

This week I have not one, but ten articles written by some really talented people.  I urge you  to not just check out these posts individually , but do some searching and check out their other posts as well.   They are all really well written and designed.

This section is taking a small break for the rest of December, but it will be back next year.

AT The Back reviews Ang Lee's visually impressive movie, Life of Pi.

The folks over at Man I Love Films give a nice retro review to one of the best romantic comedies that I can actually stand all the way through, Love Actually

Fogs over at Fogs Movie Reviews writes a nice review about The Hobbit and even discusses the whole 48 frames per second controversy .

Golden Globe and Oscar winner Nicole Kidman is the featured actress over at the site Rambling Films.

From the Kl5-Film site, there is a fun review about the 80's comedy "Innerspace".

The Droid Your Looking For wrote a really cool piece about how the movie "Lincoln" would look if it was made by different directors.

Front Room Cinema's own Scott Lawlor writes up a fun piece about The Best Way to Watch a Film at Home.

Alex from Geek Juice Media sits through a lot of bad movies and then posts hilarious video reviews on them.  One of his latest is the highly offensive, but still meant for kids movie "Santa Buddies"

Being Norma Jean's main contributor Nikhat writes up a really cool article about her Favorite Looking Films.  Some of them are my favorite too.

Finally we have a really cool  list over at Top 10 Films.  11 great American film quotes that rarely (if ever) gets mentioned.

I hope you all have a great week.  Thanks again for reading.
