The Lamb Devours The Oscars and CineKatz's Pick 6.

Hello everyone.

This week I contributed some articles to both the The Large Association of Movie Blogs, and The Cinematic Katzenjammer.   Next week I am going to write up another "When Movies Attack" post for Impassioned Cinema and finish up my first classic review for my new blog. The Vern's Video Vortex.  There are a lot of good movies out that I want to see but must wait until the first of March because I got some bills I need to catch up with first.  Thank goodness for libraries and people uploading movies on YouTube.  Not that I condone that sort of thing, but if your going to provide the service.  I'm going to take advantage of it.

I also wanted to give some praise to the winner of my first contest ever.  He is one among many others that I hope will win and his name is....Daniel Prinn of Daniel's Film Reviews.   Since he won, I will be sending him some codes for free rentals at any Redbox location.  All winners get a special praise from me each Wednesday before I post the trivia questions. Keep an eye out for this blog because each week I will be doing the same thing. until 03/09/2013.

The Lamb Devours The Oscars.

Over at The LAMB a whole slew of other lammies including myself have written posts about each of the nominated categories and the 9 nominated pictures.   The one I wrote was about the five adapted screenplay nominees.   Click the link in red to read mine and all of the other great articles.

Pick 6.

The Cinematic Katzenjammer have a fun weekly thing called Pick Six, and the one I wrote was on movies that were much better on DVD then they were on Blueray.   Apparently they improved the visuals but forgot to port over the cool  special features.   Click on the link above to read the rest and don't forget to read the other fun reviews and stories by myself and the other good writers of this site.

Well that's it for now.  I hope you all have a great weekend.  See ya soon.

  1. When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same
comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service?

    Thank you!
